30th Anniversary Awards Banquet Sets Record!

On Tuesday, November 5, St. Francis Children's Center held its 30th Anniversary Awards Banquet at The Pfister Hotel. Nearly 400 community leaders and corporate executives joined us in celebrating the achievements of three outstanding community leaders.

Todd Teske, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Briggs & Stratton Corporation received the Children’s Service Award.

Greg Marcus, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Marcus Corporation received the Community Service Award.

Harris Turer, owner of the Milwaukee Admirals, received the Humanitarian Award.

Under the extraordinary leadership of our event co-chairs, Curt Culver, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MGIC, and Daniel Minahan, President and Chief Operating Officer of Continental Properties, Inc., the event was a resounding success raising a record amount of over $150,000 to support the special education and pediatric therapy programs we provide for children with special needs in our community!

We would like to extend our thanks to all who attended and our event sponsors, Jack & Patti McKeithan, Associated Bank, Pat and Rachel English, Fiduciary Management, Northwestern Mutual and Rockwell Automation.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our 30th Anniversary Sponsor, the Jeffrey C. Kasch Foundation, whose generous support helped unveil our Exceptional Learning Initiative for Special Education (ELISE Initiative) to guests during the program portion of the evening.
