Volunteer Opportunities:

Classroom Assistants
Being a classroom assistant involves interacting with young children, both with and without special needs, in our classrooms. This includes facilitating their learning during activities and projects, monitoring and engaging with them during indoor and outdoor play and assisting with classroom tasks and materials as directed by the teaching staff. Our classrooms serve children from birth through Kindergarten.

We seek volunteers who are energetic, patient and eager to participate in all aspects of the classroom. Volunteers must be a minimum of 15 years old and have previous experience with children. Volunteers 18 and over must complete a background check. We ask for a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week.

Mailings
Assist in stuffing, labeling and processing our bulk mailings. There are typically
8-10 mailings per year.

Wine & Chocolate Tasting Event
Ensure the success of our popular fundraising event by assisting with various aspects of our annual Wine & Chocolate Tasting. There a wide variety of volunteer positions available for the night of the event as well as for event set up and clean up.

Website Designer
Expert needed to enhance and modify our existing website. Experience with Dreamweaver and Fireworks a must. This is an on-call position.
