Human Resources Director

We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to lead our HR department and team of 65 colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in basic HR services including procedure development, staff recruitment, talent management, payroll administration, compensation management, a current understanding of HR best practices as well as supervisor experience. Commitment to our mission of serving children with special needs and our values of professionalism, respect, integrity, innovation and community are essential.

The person we seek must show excellent communication and organizational skills. This person must be adept at multi-tasking, enjoy establishing and maintaining good relationships with employees and be detail oriented. A committed demeanor to constantly making improvements to all HR projects and working as part of a team is essential.

Classroom Assistant

Service Coordinator
We are looking for a Service Coordinator for the state funded Children's Long Term Support Program. This full time position entails meeting with families on a regular basis, facilitating the development of and monitoring the Individual Service Plan, and informing parents of community and advocacy services. Qualifications include a BS degree in Social Work or a related field, strong case management and Autism issues experience, a strong family focus, the ability to function independently, and to work well within a team.
