IT ANALYST

We are looking to fill a new part-time (8 hours/week) position in information technology. This employee is responsible for investigating, coordinating, tracking, and resolving IT-related issues for the organization. They will support and assist in researching and supporting software applications. They will work with functional users, technical staff, management, consultants, contractors, and/or vendors to understand issues for design and implementation of solutions and provide help desk assistance and troubleshooting for local and off-site users.
Three years experience required with Microsoft software including Microsoft Server 2008, Windows XP Operating System, Microsoft Office 2007 applications, etc. Experience with backup software (preferably for Backup Exec); and antivirus protection (preferably Symantec End Point). SERVICE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Service Coordinator for the state funded Children's Long Term Support Program. This full time position entails meeting with families on a regular basis, facilitating the development of and monitoring Individual Service Plans, and informing parents of community and advocacy services; entails some early evening hours. Qualifications include a BS degree in Social Work or a related field, special needs experience, a strong family focus, the ability to function both independently and in a team and must have case manager experience.
